Juliano is an adviser and specialist in litigation concerning private pension issues.
He has great expertise in Labor Law (individual labor lawsuits and class actions) and international litigation (ILO). In Brazil, he was an associate of Machado Meyer for over ten years.
During his time in France, he was an OECD consultant on private pension matters, worked at the Valmy Avocats as an of counsel and was an assistant professor at the École de Droit de la Sorbonne – Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne.
Juliano is currently a Professor at Mackenzie University (Law), at IBMEC-SP in the post-graduate course and visiting professor at École de Droit de la Sorbonne where he holds in a Doctor of Law (summa cum laude). He was also ranked as one of the most admired lawyers in Brazil in Social Security Law by the publication Análise 500.
